Meal Prep

Proteins: 4-6 oz
• Chicken(usually boneless skinless breasts)
• Lean steak or beef
• Pork tenderloin
• Salmon (or other fish)
• Shrimp (higher priced seafood additional charge)
• Turkey breast or ground turkey
• Veggie or vegan options available
Starches: 2-4oz
• Sweet potato
• White potato
• Rice/grains, various blends (i rarely use plain white rice unless requested) including quinoa, farro, bulgur, barley etc
• Polenta, grits
• Pasta, all types including couscous, orzo etc
• Gnocchi
Beans/Legumes
• All types and varieties of beans, peas, lentils(red, white, pinto, black, garbanzo, peas, split, lentils
Vegetables
• All seasonal vegetables available; spinach, asparagus, broccoli, broccolini,  greens, kales, cabbages, cauliflower, carrots, corn, tomatoes,onions, peppers,mushrooms, leeks, fennel and so on
One meal dishes
• Traditional or veggie lasagna
• Quiches
• Meatloaf(beef or turkey)
• Enchiladas
• Stir fry or fried rice combinations
• Stews, soups, chili (bean, turkey, veg, beef), curries
• Stuffed peppers or stuffed tomatoes
• Stuffed cabbage leaves


1. All meals are $12 each unless more expensive proteins are selected, in which case would be $15 each. Price includes delivery.


2. All meals are single serve.


3. A meals are fully cooked and designed for microwave reheating, or transfer to oven safe dish to reheat.  Heat to internal temp of 165F


4. Some dishes may contain butter, dairy, eggs, wheat- please alert us to any allergies, medical issues affected my diet or dietary preferences.


5. Orders with payments are due on Fridays by 10pm for Sunday delivery unless otherwise specified. Sunday deliveries are usually between the hours of 6p-8p unless other arrangements are made.


6. Payment methods accepted are: Credit Card, Venmo (catrina-mills), cashapp (tastetheworldincincy), zelle (tastetheworld1@gmail.com), cash-all orders MUST be pre-paid, no exceptions.
